Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Master card, American Express and Discover for any orders with in the USA. For all international sales please contact Batco, Inc. Via Email No international sales will be accepted directly on this site.

Security Information: We take credit card information security seriously and use appropriate technical solutions to make online-purchasing safe at our Site. Your information is encrypted and is protected utilizing the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption software. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just 'surfing'.

Returned Goods: Approval for returning any and all items must be received in writing prior to return. All returns must have an RMA # issued by Batco, Inc. or the manufacturer, included on the return shippers. Restocking and/or return fees may apply depending upon the item and reason for return. No Items maybe returned after 30 days, at witch point all sales are final. Any item being returned for refund must have its original packing, serial number and be in original condition. For any other Repair or warranty return please contact Batco, Inc. Repair and Service Dept.

All orders are shipped in the order they are authorized. We can not shipping collect billing or third party in freight.
